Advanced Life Support Scan

DUKAN is great! : D



Wear several days without posting to and Sunday started Dukan diet (and my princess nancyflor too!: D lol) It took me less anxious (in fact, nothing). Before I was always frustrated when I was hungry and ate something outside "the plan" was for that day, but with diet dukan ... long as you take things that are within the permissible, do not you stop. In fact I swear I have not had even one of the kcal I've taken. Yesterday, for example, tea yogurt recipe minimagdalenitas Dukan and 4 100% (no flour or sugar) and sugar-free gelatin and zampa me my good burger with two cheeses light (light of truth, unlike others who have more fat in allowed in some light ... each has quesito 0.9 grams of fat) and ketchup (the only thing not allowed in the diet, but I without my ketchup on the burger ... I am nobody, lol). Moreover, what he says is that if we Dukan ketchup tomato sauce without oil sweetened with saccharin and vinegar, but the difference in the minimum amount of ketchup that I took ... is low, since the tomato sauce is also normal sugar ... In short, I do not care, because I have 1'200 gr in two days! And eating what gave me the win (always with a schedule more or less coherent, not picorroteando plan all day, of course, lol).

Dukan I have two books: the one that tells you TOO diet and recipes and hear ... the recipe is the bomb! NOTHING has no oil or butter or any fat! Neither meal! As much a tablespoon of cornstarch (more protein than regular white refined flour.) I recommend 100% as you can (if you like) easy cooking (some things) for your entire family without knowing that it is food "diet", hahahaha.

I love princesses! I go from time to time, as seen so disturbs my obsession and last thing I want is to keep obsessing!

PD: When you see the unlimited quantities diet does not work but lowering Dukan continue with some numbers:)

My greatest ally: nonfat yogurt flavors: D You take two one tea and stay as a full queen under 100 kcal! : D Then you eat two chocolates and ale ... and you've gotten at least 130 kcal and did you hear ¬ ¬ (though your fat self ... lol). Ah! And the egg! (Even without abuse, the yolks contain cholesterol, lol).
