Well, tomorrow I start my diet / career. In principle last one week (Monday-Sunday) with the following objectives:
- Do not eat this week more than 500 kcal per day (weekend up to 1000 kcal).
- Gym 5 days.
- CLA 3 tablets daily.
- My meal is: 2 cups water with 2 tablets of glucomannan / fucus and yogurt.
- dinner before 9 pm (as far as possible).
- Throw me my cellulite cream every night.
- Upload a ticket telling you how was your day:)
Who wants to follow ... I delighted! :)
to see how just the week ... I love you! Although you do not sign, I read:) (I am unable to encourage fatal if I do I ... pff ...)
