- De -> Green Tea
(fasting Exercise: 1 hour medium intensity strength training, 20 minutes abs, 20 minutes brisk walking with a slope on tape 25 minutes swimming)
- Co -> 120 g of baked chicken breast, 1 cucumber, 1 yogurt (320 kcal) + infusion delgaxan
- Ce -> salad of tomato, cucumber, tuna, light and yogurt quesito burgos (250 kcal) + tea
Total = 570 kcal
yujuuuu! The bad ... that both exercise and "low" food weight only 200 grams less than yesterday ... : S but well, I will not scratch, can be liquid, because doing so well, I'm doing well, so ... I contenta1: D
chicken again today .... xD It is tannnn rich ... :) Today I am
fatal and I do not go to the gym ... I have a green tea for breakfast and a light yogurt (55 kcal) because as I was a bit dizzy from the constipated or what they have, I was afraid to not know the difference between dizziness ... hehe.
By the way ... I'm going to make the competitions! It scares me because this summer will work, and I'm going súperagobiada ... between work, school, gym, boyfriend ... pff ... but hey, who wants something, something hard:)
